Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing QIBow. Because our jewelry features handcrafted elements, rare natural gemstones, and artisanal components, please review our return guidelines below:

1. 14-Day Return Window
We accept return requests within 14 days of order delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and in the original premium packaging with all certificate tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry pieces.
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage due to improper care.
- Natural gemstone inclusions, internal fractures, or slight handcrafted variations (as described in our Terms of Service) do not qualify as product defects.

3. Return Shipping & Fees
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, using a trackable shipping service with full insurance. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that was damaged during transit or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@qibow.co with photos and order details within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund upon verification.

5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
